Probably not as any other car would cost you more in the future. Even though you have another car, you bought this one for a reason. Maybe also check what you could sell the other one for, you might be surprised and clear a nice amount on that one too.
You must be near that IL railyard where my Maverick was last spotted, but you have slowed the internet there so my Truck has disappeared as they needed to route the power to your neighborhood for those extra refreshes!
What was your expected delivery day? I think I have 2 weeks to go, which will push me to Thanksgiving week, which really will end up being the week after :(
Yes, but for many of us, the Xplan limits the dealer fees and add ons, where I live it is not uncommon for the documentation fee to be anywhere from $800-$1200! Plus they require you to pay for their protection package (fabric protector, wax, nitrogen, etc...) for another $1500. So in this...
I still have a couple of weeks to go, I was hoping for early, but it doesn't look like that will happen. Last I could tell, it was in the rail yard in IL, not sure how it's getting to PA from there, so maybe it was put on another rail car but at least its making it's way!!!
It could be that when they first generated your window sticker the EPA data was not available and now that they have it, they generated a new window sticker, hence additional information has been added so they changed it from normal to rebill?
The overall weight is low, but it is very tongue heavy (I would say I'm close to 400 lb). Couple that with it sitting very high, so not aerodynamic and it does have a large frontal area. I can get 11 MPG going under 60, but compared with my friends TAB that I towed going 70 I would get 15-16...
So far so good for me. I took advantage of the short term lease off they had while I wait, so right now my payment is lower than it will be on the Maverick, and I'm driving a nice truck while I wait. Also, my local dealers never even answered my questions regarding what price I would pay, so...
I have the bushwhacker plus 15fk, I'm 5'6 and I really can't stand upright in the shower, most trailers around this size will be like this. Mine is a pain to tow because of other issues, so I'll see how well the maverick does with it.
Looks like they might be driving several transporters around then! I may have to hold off a couple of weeks for pickup to give them time to prep, but then I don't want to travel over Thanksgiving :(
I mean 47 scheduled for delivery. I think once there is an anticipated delivery date with a VIN, ford populates the dealer inventory. Doesn't mean that Ford built them, shipped them, etc.... just that they plan to. It's a goofy system and I think most manufacturers do this
They currently have 47 in the system. These are auto populated by Ford and is probably reflective of those of us who have builds with anticipated delivery dates. One step closer :)
The Rove Lite looks nice, but I think when I first looked at them the specs listed it with the wheels as two wide for me to park it next to my house :(
I'm towing this, specs say 2000 lb, but it is very tongue heavy and a lot of frontal area.
