Your order went through, you just have to wait for Ford to schedule it to be built and since you only recently ordered, there are many others who have ordered before you, for a simplistic description. That is what your dealer is telling you, there are others at their dealership who have already...
You pay your state taxes. If you are financing, Chapman will take care of it. When I bought my Jeep there, they even sent the paperwork to my state DMV who then just mailed my registration and new tag to me. That was by far the smoothest process I've ever had for a vehicle purchase.
Thanks...
Bummer... The roomettes are nice as they give you some privacy and sleeping space, plus dinner and drinks :) They do flexible pricing and may drop again, it becomes a game of picking when to book to get the best deal. The unfortunate part for those of us with build dates in October that will...
You mentioned taking the auto train. You have to buy a ticket for yourself and for your vehicle. A ticket for you is cheap. To put your car on the train they charge $250-$300 depending on size. I think it's still worth it, nice trip on the train.
Maybe I missed the actual answer, but I didn't see on the ford specs what the ground clearance actually is for the FX4.
Ground Clearance (Minimum) (in.) - FWD/AWD
8.3/8.6
They list the difference for FWD vs AWD, but this does not denote with the FX4 package. And this does not related to...
I have a friend who just bought one of those and so far he loves it.
And I resemble the 150 lb American. So that's another easy way to take more stuff with you, just shed a few pounds :)
As a comparison, my Gladiator has a payload capacity of 977 lb! I know, other configurations have better (up to 1500). I would think the 1500 lb for the Maverick is actually pretty good.
Of course, the easy way to offload some payload is to put it in the trailer then make sure I don't exceed...
Except if you get the 2.0 AWD 4k tow the GCWR is 8145 lb so that gives you much more space to pack/tow.
The hybrid and 2k towing is not really meant as a trip towing thing, more of a weekend to the lake and take the jet skis, small boat, etc... so then you're not packing for a weeklong family trip.
Nope but my sister did very briefly. Regardless of the mileage difference, the hybrid is still better and it starts off cheaper. Much different than when I bought my Prius 13 years ago....the break even point was about 6-7 years, with the Mav you start out ahead. I would get the Hybrid if I...
Well...I move my 2000 lb (dry weight) travel trailer about 12 x/year so if every trip I had to rent another vehicle for $200-$300, I'd be out $2400-$3600/year so over $10k in costs in 5 years for the Hybrid.
What's funny is at the beginning of summer, before the Maverick I was shopping for a Tacoma, I was told that maybe by the end of August I could have one as the current deliveries here were all sold! Plus the pricing was crazy. I figured if I have to wait, I might as well wait a little longer.
Yes, I did for my XLT Lux. While I don't use it a lot, especially in the summer, it is nice to have for other times. I used the one in my X3 all the time and I even had a Fiat 500x with one and it was giant, basically the whole roof. Yes, occasionally they leak, whistle, need cleaned...
I've already gone there once. TTN is much easier since it's a smaller airport and you can get out quickly. It's also much closer to Chapman in Horsham.
