I guess i should "recall" my concern about the engine bay. I forgot about the shield under the engine.

Mine just started doing this as well, so I've been having to pick up the phone to get to my favorites. Not the safest option. I will be following this thread.

I had my son climb in the bed and loosen the bolts. I adjusted to back to the tailgate and held it in place while he tightened everything back up. It will never be completely waterproof, so I do get a few drops in there.

Mine would go in battery saver mode, so on the last recall I asked them to check the battery. It was bad and replaced under warranty.

There are airbags on the sides of the seats for those t bone accidents.

I agree that the active x seats get very hot, so I got these airbag friendly sheepskin at Costco online for $80. I only use them in the summer. You need to air them out before install.

Does anyone know how many unsold 2024 XL and XLTs are sitting on dealer lots waiting on the fix? Just curious.

Just got the Defender2 on wife's CRV. Big upgrade from the crappy Ecopica. CR rates the Defender as the number 1 tire. Costco carrys them.

I just took mine off and placed it in the armrest storage with a screwdriver type bit. Put in on when needed and take it off when done. I haven't needed to do it yet.
