agree with the OP about ford F-150's. always plenty of them on the lot. My friend ordered a F150 a little less than a year ago and got it in 6 weeks. All the Bells and whistles, never got a warning it would be held up due to constraints.
10,300 miles 2022 XLT no issues except slight noise passenger windshield, I believe is addressed if they re-seat or replace the windshield. Had a rattle on the drivers side dash, that went away after a few days. So far so good beside those 2 things
right about the paint, so many chips on the hood. I know it is a cheap truck but I bought the cheapest car in the world one time the 1986 Hyundai sedan for under $4600 when it first came out and it did not rattle and the paint did not chip! drove it 63000 miles till I sold it with no issues
you will drive calmer, with this hybrid I am driving off much slower at lights, cruising the speed limit. You will be challenging yourself to see if you can beat the last MPG you got every trip.
This truck has meant a lot for me because it is mine and what I picked out for me . Since 1989 I have had a company car or a sensible average car because of the amount of driving I would do, About 45k miles a year. Now retired from Field service, but working IT for a local school. I do about 6k...
nobody has approached me , catch people looking driving by probably because of the bright color. hop in my jeep, everytime I stop or slow down somebody wants to chat lol. i did have another maverick wave to me!
unless my 22 turns out be problematic with all the issues you see. I intend on keeping the 22. haven't made up my mind if I will buy the 23 and flip on Carvana or something else.
paid $2700 over and got really good money on my trade that offset it. I have one on order and it's a hybrid. if I waited till I got the hybrid my trade will be worth way lower. No regrets and loving every minute I am in it
