  1. Seat belt warning turned civilized???

What you're saying is, if you make all 5 green, the screen goes away on its own? I wonder if this works for 2025 Tremor? I have to try it :D
  2. Seat belt warning turned civilized???

I have a similar problem when someone gets into the back seat and they accidentally try to buckle to the middle seat buckle. I will not buckle all the way but it will allow it to go in enough to turn the rear middle seat belt light green. After a bit of a struggle, they figure it out and plug in...
  3. Seat belt warning turned civilized???

Just buckling the belts will not make mine go away. Just one green check or all five green checks, it does not matter. The screen will not go away until I acknowledge it or I drive far enough. I wish it would go away immediately, on its own, once all lights were green. It's such a tiny thing...
  4. Eco vs norm mode

I know you are talking about hybrid here, and I have EcoBoost. For me it seems that the driving modes are more like "cruise control attitude adjusters". Sure, they adjust the throttle mapping but full throttle is still full throttle and if you do not feel you are accelerating too much or not...
  5. HRG 1.5" lift kit for Maverick Tremor installed

Did you move your rear exhaust pipe? My thinking was that it would be good to keep it where it runs under the rear diff so rocks would smack the exhaust pipe instead of the rear diff :)
  6. HRG 1.5" lift kit for Maverick Tremor installed

I may put a lift on mine someday, I'll probably wait until at least the the warrantee is over. I really think I want to go with sliders and maybe also skid plates first though.
  7. Buck Rock Jeep Trail Camping

My preferred dispersed camping sights are usually on hill tops or ridges. I like to stay away from water or meadows to stay away from mosquitoes. I like to think that this preference also reduces my chances of encountering bears, dogs, and cats :-|
  8. Buck Rock Jeep Trail Camping

Though, not always the case for bears, except for ones that maybe attack people, I saw a few signs in Florida that said, "A fed gator is a dead gator."
  9. Buck Rock Jeep Trail Camping

I have a DJI Mini 4 Pro and yes it does have the object tracking but I have not messed with it much. The beginning of this video is me experimenting with the object tracking. I went through Alabama Hills, last winter, looking for a dispersed campsite, on a Thursday, and no luck lol. It IS...
  10. Buck Rock Jeep Trail Camping

I just turned 52. I have been into flying drones for the last couple years and drones are not allowed in pretty much every National Park and California State Park. For this, I have been getting into exploring and camping in National Forest and BLM lands. I let my National Park Annual Pass go...
  11. How to Turn Off Certain Default Options?

    1) I think all you are turning off in the day time is the day time running lights and those are kind of important to me. If you have a 2024 and it is because you do not like the amber DRLs, they sell some fancy replacement LED bulbs that automatically switch from amber to white just for that...
  12. Buck Rock Jeep Trail Camping

Here is a little video I made, setting it up in the wild for the first time. I does have a rain-fly and It is in this video. On this Buck Rock trip, I decided to try it with the rain fly off, thinking I could star gaze a little behind the protection of the bug screens. All six panels have a wind...
  13. Buck Rock Jeep Trail Camping

I bought it used from Facebook Marketplace for $300 because the soft cover was a little dry cracked and was letting in water. He had it mounted on top of a Tacoma all year long and he was looking to replace it with a larger hard shell one. He said he didn't know exactly what model it was but...
  14. Buck Rock Jeep Trail Camping

I was parked approximately at the top of this triangle and the camera was pointed south. That was all city lights. The red dot was a cell tower I think. If it was, it was so far way that I could only get 1 bar sporadically, even though I had line of sight. I was out there because of a new moon...
  15. Buck Rock Jeep Trail Camping

I almost forgot. Here is the link to the overnight time lapse I did while I was at Buck Rock Jeep Trail. I pointed this one south and turned off the star streaks to capture the Milky Way. Some clouds rolled in and stole the show but it still turned out pretty cool :)
  16. Buck Rock Jeep Trail Camping

I know, right? From other locals that have been to the area recently. That was pretty cool. Thank you guys. This was just supposed to be a quick overnight trip for an overnight time lapse and I did have a lot of time to get a lot of pictures. I plan on spending the whole day up there in the same...
  17. Buck Rock Jeep Trail Camping

No current strange noises and I commute 24 miles a day and that tent stays in back of the truck at all times. The only time that I've ever heard a strange noise coming from underneath the truck was when I was in the same area but with a bunch of guys on these trails in the winter in the snow. I...
  18. Buck Rock Jeep Trail Camping

For most people, the easiest way to get to Buck Rock Lookout is up Highway 180 to/through the Kings Canyon National PARK entrance station, you are only in the park for a few miles, while in the Grant Grove area. After Grant Grove, you are technically back in Sequoia National FOREST, where...
  19. Buck Rock Jeep Trail Camping

I went to check out Bock Rock Lookout but was already closed for the day. The visiting hours are 10:30am to 5:00pm because I think there is a full time park ranger living up there for fire watch. From there is the Buck Rock Jeep Trail. It is rated 6/10 on OnX but the trail reports said that the...
