I helped a friend move an old travel trailer a couple blocks down the road. I didn't go down the highway or over about 25 mph. It was just around the corner, but still cool :)
If you look at the specs on a link above, it cannot be any wider than that. The tent actually needs to be slightly narrower than this one, if you want to mount it to the bed rigidly somehow. The one I have is almost exactly as wide as the inside of the tailgate latch pins. I have to leave it...
Ya :) I've got a few dings and pinstripes already in the 5 months I've owned my Tremor. I probably drive it a little rougher that the average though hehe
I can confirm that in a 2025 EcoBoost Tremor, the trip odometer does break at 10,000 mi :-( I have never reset Trip 2 in the hopes that it would give me some sort of lifetime MPG. I bought the truck when it had 16 mi on it but somebody must have reset it before me, maybe at the dealership. I...
If you can get an inverter in there that big then that is definitely the best route. I was just saying that a power bank is better than a generator :-)
I would get one of these bad boys before I would get a generator.

Besides the little CPU fan that comes on sometimes, it is completely silent, and fume/maintenance/gas free. I charge mine at home on 110v. It also doubles as a UPS for my desktop computer while I'm not...
There are zero Mavericks with GPF right now. They are just starting to put then in some of the new 2025s that are coming off the assembly line starting next week. Not all Mavericks will get a GPF. They are going to start putting them in some/all of the ones that are headed to the states that...
I am really liking that dark green color. I was in a rush and got a stormtrooper white Tremor. I keep telling myself that it stays cooler and hides the pinstripes better hehe
Gasoline Particulate Filter. It's a long time diesel engine emissions technology that is migrating to gasoline engines and the reason for the confusion about, "Does my 2.0 EcoBoost have 250 hp or 238 hp?" My understanding is that none of the Maverick 2.0 EcoBoost engines have GPF (yet) and they...
Nope :-) it's just regular fleet and farm white lol. I bought it straight off the car lot because I was nearly vehicleless and didn't have time to order one in any specific color. I always try to find the good in every situation. They say the white color doesn't show scratches as much and it's...
The seller did say that the model that I bought was discontinued but judging by all the measurements that I've taken and it's features, this is the same tent or a newer version of the same tent

Yes but just straps. I had planned on bolting the front mounting rail through the holes in the wheel well but because of the fact that it is almost too wide to fit between the tailgate pins, I have to be able to wiggle it a little. The metal frame fits between the pins with about 1/4" to spare...
Yes, It has been very hard to find something easy and comfortable and not a trailer or too expensive. This Tremor gets me to nice quiet places away from everybody :)
Here is my latest and hopefully final step in making it quick, easy, and comfortable to camp in my Maverick. This is a used, smaller, folding roof top tent from Facebook Marketplace. I got a pretty good deal on it because the soft cover was a little damaged and there was a little mold. For how I...
I'm in the process of mounting a small used rooftop tent in my bed in a way that it will fit completely under the tonneau cover with the tailgate closed. There will be about 10" under the tent for long pull out totes or drawers. I'll make a separate post out of it when finished :)
TLDR: If you live in a colder climate, stuck in heavy traffic, and you like the A S S, you can turn off the A S S to prevent having to tap the throttle every time traffic starts rolling again :)
I personally do not mind the A S S. I'm here to share a little thing I discovered that may not be...
Proud owner of a Tip Top Soft Roll-up. I was concerned during install because it seemed to be a little short front to back. This is my first tonneau cover install ever and I did not know if this was normal. I split the difference between the front and back, and put a couple balls of the included...
You are right. English is a pain in the butt, but I thought it was a clever and comical way of distinguishing the cheap tri-folds from the nicer tri-folds because the nicer tri-folds do fold three times. The third fold is when it folds up against the cab of the truck :-)
