For car seat purposes, the seatbelt will lock and ratchet after you pull it all the way out. Buckle it in, pull it all the way out to when it ratchets, and let it go all the way back in the spool while still buckled. If it is still ratcheting, feed more seatbelt into the top spool to make it...
It has the 360 cameras and the four rear sensors may be part of the co-pilot 360 and/or the Lariat package but it has four button sensors in the front bumper and the four in the back bumper
Looks that I've had a senior moment. I've already asked this question in the same exact forum 🫣
There doesn't seem to be a way of me deleting this entire post myself. Admin, you can do it if you want lol
I have a 2025 Tremor. What are people doing to mitigate potential damage to the underside of the rear bumper due to the lower departure angle? I don't want to cut the bumper. I was thinking about making a bumper bar that attaches to the hitch.
Noteworthy for Fallout New Vegas players, this is in Goodsprings, Nevada. This is the starting town for of Fallout New Vegas players. I stopped by here to show my friend's son the real town of Goodsprings. We visited saloon and general store and he was amazed about how accurate they were in the...
This is the one I got for my Maverick. I got the soft roll up. I wanted something that rolled all the way up to the cab because I tent camp in the bed. I cannot speak much for it's weatherproofing because I live in Central California. I can tell you that I take it through a touch drive through...
Something else that I think that I learned from this whole situation is that the rear axles seem to be a better option for this kind of stuff. Because of the way the front axle works with an open diff and reactionary break applications, the rear axle seem to be more slow and steady. But this is...
Yes. I agree. Traction boards are big and expensive and go against my "everything must fit under the tonneau cover" method of off-roading and camping :-) I don't find myself in this situation enough to warrant the expense. I think I'm just going to cut up two or three two by sixes and throw them...
I was thinking more of one of those small wheel chocks that are made of plastic that have (or make) holes through the middle but at 4x4 or 2x6 or something like that would work as well. 2x6 would be good because you may have to worry less about it coming around and grabbing the fender well :-)
This maybe a testament to how well this 'not locking' rear differential actually locks. That cement block under the front tire was just there as a remnant of us trying previous ways of getting unstuck. 100% of the torque needed to initially get the truck lifted off the belly and out of those...
I was debating to myself on if I should post this here. Some of you are going to be glad I'm having fun actually off roading my Tremor. Some others will scold me for taking chances on tearing it up. Guess what? I had fun and I didn't tear anything up ... luckily hehe
The only other time I got...
