Toyota doesnt accept custom orders. A dealer can request options/models but it has no ties to a customer. So there builds is not getting pushed cause they dont have one.
The 55 offset will need spacers to fit. Plus the tire size is not a good fit for vehicle. You would be going slower than what the speedo says and your odometer would say you went further than you actually went, loosing out of some warranty miles.
