I just went to the Ford website to look at the Atlas Blue. Great color, deep and rich. It replaced the Velocity Blue that was available in the first year. I noticed Alto Blue (the color of my truck) is gone now too. Ford seems to have a problem deciding on a blue color.
The Maverick ticks off a lot of boxes for what I was looking for in a truck. I don't need to haul big loads a lot. This will handle anything I need to do. If I need to get mulch for my trees, toss some boxes in the back or simply going to the store for groceries. It works great. I get great gas...
I have seen a few Mavericks this past week... a Velocity Blue and the next day a Black one. Yesterday morning I saw one that looked like it was for a pool supply or pool cleaning service.
I'm in the Round Rock area. I went to a couple of meets in Plano. Everyone I have met with a Maverick so far have been good folks. I know there are a lot of trucks in the area. Let's see what we can get going.
I seem to see more around town lately. The Area 51, orange and bright blues are easier to notice... Dark ones like black and Alto Blue along with white tend to blend in more with traffic.
Yep... Happens way too often. I had a Subaru WRX before this truck. Nearly the same situation. I was sitting at a light and a car ploughed into the back of me. Not her car. No license. No English. Totaled my car. She skipped back across the border. I was fortunate that my wife and I didn't get...
I stumbled onto my Alto Blue in November 2021. It is an XLT EB. It was very much being the right place at the right time. I have to say I have enjoyed this little truck a lot. I am beginning to see a few more Mavs in Round Rock and Hutto area. Some are commercial, most are not. It's good to see...
I have an Ecoboost FWD XLT and milage seems to get better the longer I have it. Currently I am at about 18,000 and in town I seem to average about 24 mpg. I took a trip from Austin area to Missouri a few weeks ago and got a steady 31 mpg on the way up and averaged 27 mpg on the way back. I have...
Welcome to the forum. My Mav is identical to yours. I have had mine about 14 months now and still love it. Alto blue looks black most of time but when the light hits it just right the color really perks up. I just made a trip a few weeks ago that was about 1400 miles round trip. I was hitting a...
I'm afraid I'm going to miss this one. I will be working that weekend. I'm off the previous weekend. I have enjoyed these in the past. Hopefully I can catch the next one.
First part of the tag is obscured looking straight on. I have had the step on there several months and had no issues. Even had different law enforcement behind me several times. No one has given me any grief.
