Yes the MSRP increase did happened when I switched. Kind of wish I was warned about that, but with the Z plan it didn't effect the final price a ton luckily.

I got tired of waiting for my Maverick like the rest of us, and came to the dark side and made the switch to EcoBoost this morning in hopes of getting scheduled quicker. I was hoping to hear from others that made the switch on how fast (or not fast) you got scheduled after switching over.

I'm considering making the switch from Hybrid to Ecoboost and right here is my exact dilemma. If I would get mileage in the low 30's like some people are achieving I would definitely make the switch, but others report mid 20's and that seems like to much of an MPG difference from the Hybrid to...

I hope yours doesn't get built if you're just looking to flip a profit. I understand there's no way to police this, but I hate the idea of someone getting scheduled who's just selling the truck, over someone who's been waiting months that actually wants to drive and own a Maverick.

I’ve considered making a few updates to my order. I want to switch from the drop-in bed liner to the spray-in, and add the rear window. Does anyone know if updating your order changes your order date? I ordered first day, and wouldn’t want to make the changes if it meant losing my order spot.

I'm half convinced that if you take out all people like this who has 4+ orders to try to get one Maverick, that the order numbers would look a lot more close to being able to fulfill everyone's order.

Hybrid or Ecoboost?

Does anyone know if order time matters? For example, is someone who places an order the first day the 23MY banks were open more likely to get one than someone who placed it on the last day? Or are they all in one big pool that get randomly selected?

Do you know if the order it was placed in matters? My dealer said since I placed my order on the first day it was open he was pretty sure mine would get built, but after reading some of the stuff on here how Ford over accepted orders, I'm not so sure.
