How hard would it be to transplant the buttons and contacts from the Escape HVAC module into the one you removed from your Mav?

Do you know if the Escape where the HVAC module was pulled was a Hybrid or gas model? It looks like the Hybrid model has a separate module (ACCM) since it uses the HV system to power the compressor.

I'll come up with a firm total when I'm next at my pc, but off hand I'd guess around $500-600. The radar module was the most expensive at $377ish. I just spent 8 hours today taking a first crack at installation, going to post a write up. Sneak peek: it isn't working yet.
