Looks to me like your AGM battery's voltage is dropping even in four days of use, long term trend doesn't look great either.

You could buy the part. It's fairly expensive however. It clips out easily and there are just two input connectors on it. Not sure if it's supposed to be backlit or not though.

Only thing the 12v does is close the relays to allow the HV battery to crank it.
