No solutions yet. My dealer said that it was a bug, and there was a fix that supposedly will roll out.... But I have a '22 and for the time I owned it, the fix has not rolled out. So for now, just have to live with it.
LOL, I have the smallest truck in the family. My dad has an F-150, my older brother Had until recently a Ranger, and my little brother has this giant....
The only few things I miss from the Escape I had previous was the auto dim rear view mirror (might install one), The heated seats, and the ability to choose which gear I was in.
Hopping back into my wife's Escape is strange now lol. I keep reaching for the shift dial instead getting the...
Depending on where you are, your welcome to come take a peek at my rear window. I have the manual slider. I am up in the Thornton area (home) or Louisville (work)
Yea there was two recalls that appear to have been done, one oil change, and he brought it in for something with the brakes that was warranty work, as he was not charged anything for it. The tech that did the work for two of them seemed to put a random mileage in for both recalls which irks me...
Thanks! I just checked the app again after going through all that and then driving home, and the records are showing again.... must have been something with the servers. or she managed to inadvertently fix it? ohh well at least I have them again
and crap, did not realize I posted this in the wrong area if one of the mods want to move it to the appropriate area I would be appreciative.
Ok, I am the second owner of my Maverick. Right after I bought the truck, I could look up and see all of the previous owners maintenance records in...
After having the truck since January, and the dealer finally getting the info to the DMV, and then having to wait for a few weeks for the plates they came in!!!
I smile every time I see them lol.
I had a similar situation with mine as well. I was not in the market for a new vehicle until the CAT on my Escape craped out, and it would be 4 weeks to get one in and over what we wanted to spend on the repair, right after we had put a bunch of money fixing a few other issues. I was looking...
I have had a few people ask about it. Most did not even know Ford was producing the Maverick. I also overheard a guy talking to his son as they walked past it in a darker parking lot "Is that a Rivian?" lol
I see many more Rivians and Bronco sport / Broncos each day than I see Mavericks, and...
I laugh my ass off and park next to any huge truck I find. Two examples. One I parked next to my little brothers lifted Silverado, and the other I had to park next to these two other large truck (one dodge, one chevy, then my little Baby F-150 next to them lol...
Look, I am not going to sit here and argue with you, it literally takes about 10 seconds to research how Silicon is produced, and what is needed to make silicon.
Silica sand, combined with Coke derived from coal in a high temp oven from what I see, typically 2:1 coke / silica ratio is needed...
This quote is a perfect example of someone looking blindly at the end product, and not the whole manufacturing process.
Solar panels require the use of high quality silicon, which is made by combining silica and carbon... um.... COAL. The process to make solar panels REQUIRES the use of...
Colorado lets you put up to 5 options for plates, this one was one I have on my list as well lol. I am still waiting for my postcard so I can go apply for plates. I wont post my top choice though..... so far its unclaimed, and I REALLY want it lol
I hear you, I ended up just biting my lip and getting a set of yakima cross bars. Bit more than I wanted to spend, but there were only really tow low profile options, and the other option required some drilling.
I purchased a set of Yakima low profile cross bars and a highroad bike rack. The cross bars are quick and easy to remove, usually takes about 10 min. I just fold up the tri-fold Tonneau cover, and the cross bars fit pretty darn well.
I went with he cross bars specifically to keep my high...
