How hard is it to access the drain holes on the front of the bed from the underside? I think the fuel tank might be there so maybe it's not possible to do so. Otherwise, bolt/nut/washer in two of those and you're good to go.
If it sounds like clicking, it's the windshield alignment pins. If it sounds like tapping, it's the windshield defroster vent on the driver side. If it's clicking but from the back, it's the headliner rubbing against against the rear glass.

Sounds more like a tick to me. I would put my money on the windshield alignment pins.
Another thing you can do is pull on the black windshield defrost vent on the driver side to see if that stops it.
Just a note: look closely at weights too. That tire is almost 4 pounds heavier and has a thinner construction than the Toyo Open Country IIIs I run in the same 245/65R17. That means it'll likely sap your MPGs more than the tire I run, but give you a more supple ride than my tires.
