I have an AWD with Eibach Pro springs and it aligned to within 1 degree of factory spec with no camber bolts or anything. The toe wasn't off on mine. Only the camber. I wouldn't spend another $400 for something that helps the toe.
The stock times are really not bad when you think about it. I had a 92 Mustang with 225hp and a 5 speed manual and it ran 9.28 in the 1/8th. Completely stock with no tires or mods or even a short throw shifter. 9.4ish in the 1/8th is pretty respectable. Hell I had a 2021 Lexus IS350 that made...
I like it, except for that cab spoiler! That is so overplayed. I would like to see more colors offered though like the Grabber Blue or an actual Nardo Gray instead of the Cactus gray. The CG just has too much green in it for me. A Race Red would be nice too I think.
I traded my first Maverick back to my dealer when my '23 order came in. I paid $30,050 for it new before taxes and they gave me $32,000 in trade after 4 months and almost 7000 miles. Sold it used for $39,400. They got it back after a month, I don't know how much they gave the buyer but they...
I have CIR20 on the sides and back, CIR70 on full windshield and CIR5 as an 8" windshield strip. Man I wish we could get away with those prices in our shop! If I paid for my tint, it would have been $550. Glad I tint for a living...
Bracket racing, the Maverick got to leave early because it was slower, not because he tree'd him. The Explorer actually redlit and ran in the 11's, 11.95 but still in the 11's. The Explorer ST's are no joke with a lil work.
Last week we took the Maverick to Mustang Week in Myrtle Beach SC and left the Mustang in the garage. The Maverick is just more comfortable and carries all of our stuff much easier than the Mustang. I had the only "modified" Maverick there. Here's some pics from the top parking deck of our hotel.
Mine registered at 22% from factory on the back with our meter. I put CIR 20 all the way around and CIR 70 on the full windshield with an 8" 5% strip on top.
I am almost ready to pull the trigger on this unit. I always run 93 in mine, unless the highest I can find is 91, so I will most likely do the 93 tune. I do not have Sport mode in my truck though, as I have the FX4. Is there are particular tune I would use for the most power output?
ride height is exactly the same between the old and new springs. Eibach claims the spring rate is the same as well. My truck feels the same exact way it did before when I had the first version. Now the HR Super Sports? That's different entirely. It felt more harsh to me even on good roads.
