For a starting price point of 19,999, and great hybrid gas mileage, I wouldn't care what the front end looked like. However with the price hikes, and no word on the starting price of the 25s, I wouldn't spend a ton of money on something that I didn't absolutely love performance and appearance wise.
I guess it wouldn't be as bad if the front molded painted sectional pieces were actually all one piece similar to current front as one solid piece. It being in sections, makes it appear the headlight "lips" were an attempt to hide a mistake or patch something.
Yes I have had issues when grabbing a drink from cup holders and it bumping the dial into nuetral. Now I lift straight up then bring over as if I still had a traditional shifter.
The dudes that say the maverick is not a real truck are the ones that are insecure. Rise above it. Ignore them and enjoy the truck that fits your needs. These are real trucks. Trucks are used to transport/carry loads; this truck can. In fact the trucks on a skate board can as well. The only...
I live in Michigan and have been through 2 winters with the Hybrid. No regrets. The truck handles great in the snow and icy conditions. I drive sometimes 1000 miles a month for work and save over 200 dollars a month in gas (former car, 2 door economy). I have traveled 3 times to the mountains in...
I love my Mav and was excited at the rumor of an AWD Hybrid. However, no matter how hard I try, the front end on the 2025 bothers me.
The front looks to have no balance, like three different people designed the main elements without talking to each other. The bumper sections where fog lights...
When I got my Hybrid I went to Costco every fill up. Mileage was great. I wasn't able to get to a Costco and went to a BP. The mileage tanked, I only ever get Costco gas now.
As a Computer/networking tech, I remember having to troubleshoot and repair hardware using a software with the acronym CCC. Service and repair shop software that updates daily regarding parts/prices/ and insurance repair estimating. The error looks as if the device used to pull the info was not...
I am wondering if it is specific modules they are patching. If so, since it hasn't affected all hybrids, maybe the modules were built by different manufacturers or there was a slight change mid year in the production of the module. This will impact the firmware/software they are installing. 1...
The Automakers really need to take these software patches and updates more seriously. Gone are the days of mechnical parts controlling the most important safety systems in cars and trucks; steering and brakes. The steering wheel is basically just a joystick no different then a gaming system and...
In the tech field, we do not roll out a patch or update unless there is a way to "undo" and return the device back to the state it was prior to roll out. We do not roll out any updates, software, firmware or otherwise until extensive testing is done on large samples of production devices. When...
I turned off the daytime driving lights which really changed my mpg. On the freeway I use sport, regular city I use normel. 2 very cold winters and 14000 plus miles and 13 months ownership my average is about 47 mpg and some change
