interesting how a few exterior modifications totally changes the trucks appearance for the better. i.e the 1in lift and not having that 6 foot long antenna sticking out of the shark fin.
More Disappointment,
4 weeks ownership and 1700 Km's in my drive seat is already starting to get messed up. it looks a lot worse in person. google tells me i need to buy a steam cleaner to 'maybe' get the wrinkles out. my wifes 2022 tuscon with 25,000km still looks brand new for comparison. Im...
Finally got around to someday light, here are the front, rear and side shots.
Been running these all the way down to -40c and they have performed better than expected.
My city doesnt salt roads so they are pretty icey and slick, havent lost traction unless i drive recklessly.
Im new to cars, and have a few questions
1. Can you provide a guide to where all ground terminals are that you sprayed?
2. Curious why you mixed differenr oil weights? this concept is new to me
3. what oil filter did you use for your first change?
Hi
Trying to get an idea of what the maverick looks like with the ford accessory bushwacker fender flares installed before committing. Ive seen alot of photos with them installed but they're all from the same front 30 degree angle or side view 'glam shots' from low angles. Curious what they...
Has anyone used Fender Flare protective tape on their maverick? Any good recommendations for a cheaper product? the ones ive found are ~$150 for a small roll of clear tape
Thanks!
I'm Also having troubles
1. my GPS signal will be lost constantly (its never lost GPS signal before ever, and as soon as i disconnect it from the infotainment it regains GPS and never drops it)
2. My audio cuts out constantly
3. My device is 'unreadable' often
4. it takes up to 5 minutes...
Awesome, thanks for clarifying
Edit: now that i opened your link, it says XLT right in the product description.
also this is for a hybrid, mine is eco boost.
Any ideas how i can prove that they're missing? is there a tech document or exploded view somewhere that says it should be there? i tried my dealer and they said "the insulation is the way it is" - meaning they wont do shit about it unless i prove its missing. they also deflected pretty hard on...
yeah agreed they arn't going to win any mudding competitions and arn't going to be as puncture resistant as a 10 ply tire. but a maverick wont work in extreme conditions either, they perform very well for what the maverick is capable of and don't give up any fuel economy. I have seen them used...
MPG hit on the maverick for all-terrains seems to vary depending on the tire and the individual whose reporting.
Some examples include Falken WIldpeaks which report anywhere from 1-4 mpg loss, or BFG KO2 which report anywhere from 1-6 MPG loss.
I picked up a tire recently released without alot...
Yes its a 20-30k truck so i shouldn't expect luxury. these are some of the build quality issues ive come across not even gotten through my first tank of gas.
1. There is no insulation between the engine and the cab. When i open my drivers door i can see inside my engine bay. Ill elaborate more...
can you post a picture of where this drive belt cover is supposed to go? I dont think i have it.
the way that serpentine belt is setup makes it look prime for failure
Thanks for the reply
Thats interesting that increasing the rear spacer causes rubbing.
sounds like the spacers push the wheel so its turning arc now hits the pinch weld.
I might try this with a negative wheel offset instead of a spacer..
