Well, this truck is 16 yrs newer than my last truck which was an F150 XLT. It's 11 yrs newer than the Fusion Hybrid I traded in. So the technology in this Lariat Lux is very exciting.
Digging the keyless features a lot. Starting, locking, unlocking, all with fob in pocket. Very cool.

40th St & Hillery drive .... Cmon by and take a look see LoL
Did my 1st Costco run today at the location where Paradise Valley Mall was.
Shopped, then checked air pressures at their fill station.
By the time I pulled out of the lot I had been stopped 3 times and asked how I like the truck.
Each...
3 young guys at Jacksons in Scottsdale did the tint job. They were all freaking out over how cool the Maverick was. The main guy was insisting he must have one lol.
He said he knew a guy that did conversions to be a convertible. He was enamored with the idea of having a Maverick like mine, lower...
Window tint - check! Legal 35% on front, Legal Limo on rear sides and back. Will come in handy on those 117 degree summer days!
Went with the ceramic too .....
I'm an "older" kinda guy, never had a dial shifter before.
Hell, I started with an F-100 and a 3 on the tree!
Anyways, I actually like the dial so far, and in fact after a week I've yet to really find a dislike in this truck, other than the hit on the bank account (which wasn't horrible).
Getting my front windows tinted today with ceramic film at Jacksons in Scottsdale. Phoenix in the summer you know .......
Went to Truck Access Parts AND Bell Ford yesterday searching for a Truxedo soft roll up tonneau cover and install. Access Parts said it will be a few months for them to stock...
Well, in my case my build week was 1-20-2022, took possession on 2-16-2022, and that was to the Phoenix metro west side dealership.
And you have good reason to get excited because it's a great ve hickle hehehe
Day 4 here - sooo comfortable to drive, a great looker, and the Lariat Lux packs that thing with so many settings it's going to take me 3 months to get it all dialed in lol.
I'm still blown away by the hybrid technology in this thing. 45 mpg at 150 miles, who knows where this is going to settle...
Speaking of updates ..... I certainly have one to share.
Did our first cross town AND night drive, bringing the vehicle to the 150 mile mark on the odometer.
This was about a 45 mile each way round trip drive yesterday. My wife hadn't driven the Maverick yet and I was interested in her...

Well you have obviously gone WELL beyond the effort you "should" have had to put out, just to get some answers to SOMEONE ELSE'S serious problem!
There is no way that you should still be waiting, when folks who ordered AFTER you have received their vehicles.
My communication was terrible.

I have the hybrid Lariat with 18" wheels. 2 days old, it's name is Barney
I'm 5'10" and getting in and out is ideal for me.
I just measured driveway to bottom of the driver door ledge and it's 12"
And for the record, it's hard not to smile when I see it in my driveway hehe.
So what exactly is YOUR dealer saying or not saying to you about YOUR order?
Geez, July .... and others such as I have gotten ours.
Did you even get a notice of build schedule from them?!?
I'd be on that sales manager like flies on stink ......
Whoop - There it is!
Peoria did the MSRP pricing plus of course tax, tag, destination.
Came to $36,xxx out the door and $5k on the Fusion, so $31,xxx out of pocket.
What a great ride too, but damn ........ so many electronic things to tweek.
Where's that manual, I gotta start reading!
