I decided to black out the emblems on the front and back. I just hit them with some Plasti Dip. I think they turned out pretty good. 😁

I miss driving a manual. My last two cars both had manuals. However... I managed to mess up my left foot somehow and now it hurts like a mother when I flex it very much. I can live with the rotary dial, it isn't too bad once you get used to it. It won't ever replace the giddiness of downshifting...

I have an Alto Blue... love the color. I had my tint done at Tint World in Hutto, which might be a little far north for you if you are looking between Austin and San Antonio.

I agree... Not a lot of range. I am thinking of just updating the door speakers and adding sound deadening at the same time.

Sounds good. I have been thinking about upgrading my speakers, as well. Sounds like a pretty straightforward process.

My Maverick has exceeded my expectations in soooo many ways. It's comfortable, great gas mileage, easy to park and always ready to do anything I need it to do. If there was any complaint... I'm not blown away with the audio.... however... that is a very minor complaint.

My XLT has the keypad. I really like having it. I don't worry about leaving my keys locked inside. If I am in the garage and don't have my key on me, it is easy to get into.

I've been thinking about getting the cab spoiler myself. I still have a few Ford points left to use. I like the look. 😁 Won't add any extra milage but will look better going down the road.

I agree... In all honesty, the amount of water I get from a car wash is minimal. I got the cover mainly to protect things in the bed from either blowing out or from having someone walk off with my stuff.

Rapid Red, Velocity Blue, Area 51 and Alto Blue were all great color that will make the early Mavericks stand out even more.

I really like my Alto Blue. It is a shame they discontinued it. Most people see it as black unless it is early in the morning or late in the evening. In my humble opinion, the fact that a color is discontinued doesn't really factor into resale value. In some cases it might even help. The...

I just want to add I installed a Rhino bumper step shortly after I got my truck in Nov 2021. A month after I got my Maverick someone let their car roll into my back bumper and she said she was having trouble with her brakes. Didn't do anything except put a square dimple on the front of her car...
