I added them on mine shortly after I got it. It is a little bit noisier when the window is only partially down, not bad though. I am one of those folks that prefers to ride with the window all the way down so it isn't a big deal to me. In the summer when it is a bazillion degrees outside I like...
Ok... I called Ford Accessories.. first agent got disconnected after she put me on hold... Second agent was helpful. He said I needed to call the vendor (Advantage) or go by a dealership. I called the 800# he had given me. It was Truxedo. They said since it is Ford branded it has to be called in...
I had someone tap my door with their car door. Luckily it only left the tiniest of dings. I ordered some side moulding and used it along the edge of the tailgate. I moved the tonneau cover towards the tailgate. That worked pretty good for me.
I love my Maverick. It fits exactly what I was looking for in a truck. However... I purchased the Ford hard roll-up tonneau cover. With this heat the felt liners have come off. I almost have to have gloves on to roll it up. Structurally it is sound... except for those silly felt liners. I need...

I had a Dodge Challenger that used to do that... I would go over a dip and the mirror would pop off. I had to try a couple different glues made for that before I found one that worked.
True... I was curious how hot it got since the felt covers on the Ford hard roll-up tonneau came off. Ironic that something meant to be in the elements doesn't stand up to the heat. Granted .. the heat has been a little excessive in Texas this year... but they started coming off at the beginning...
I have the Ford version that are overlay design. No wind noise at all with windows up. They were one of the first things I added. I had in-channel previous truck I had and I had wind noise on those also. Maybe the overlays are a little more aerodynamic.
Love my Alto Blue... Great color. I sent my wife a picture when I found it at the dealership. It hadn't been cleaned up yet and it was cloudy. She thought I was getting a black truck.
