  3. Canadian Pricing Eh!

Good for anyone selling their used vehicle soon when their reservation arrives?
  4. 3000 miles and Loving my Cactus Gray XLT FX4 (on 1.5" lift, Falken Wildpeak AT, Yakima Bed Rack)

My thought too, this is beautifully executed. It’s ā€œstanceā€ is perfect.
  5. SnugTop Bed Cap installed on Area 51 Maverick

Those dogs are kind of freaking me out, but the bed cap looks good! Edit- when I zoomed in their eyes looked calmer and less possessed.
  6. Hood paint rubbed off from wiper

Canadian here, ice can collect on the blades too… and scraping them off is a pain in the ass. I had my blades freeze to my window in the down position in a bunch of frozen slushy snow the other night. If are up they stay clear of ice and make that area at the bottom of the window way more...
  7. Any Canadians with Hybrid build dates?

Oh man that’s a good sign, nice job over there in Kelowna.
  8. Americans worried about ROVP process- what applies to Canadians?

The bigger Area 51… suitable for this truck. I like NFL way more anyway.
  9. Americans worried about ROVP process- what applies to Canadians?

Nice… I am almost the same date/ order as you. But 360, hitch, rear window. I guess sadly those might hold me back!
  10. Americans worried about ROVP process- what applies to Canadians?

Doesn’t sound like anyone in Canada (so far) has been receiving calls from their dealer about any delays to 2023.
  11. Americans worried about ROVP process- what applies to Canadians?

ah crap I see people are having similar conversations within a thread a few down from here. Mod- please feel free to delete this one, I don’t have the power it looks like.
  12. Hybrid production has been completely stopped for 2022 Mavericks, per my dealer

Nice, glad you got through. That is an interesting note on the concept of time… makes me want to use mine more effectively.
  13. Americans worried about ROVP process- what applies to Canadians?

It seems our processes are slightly different up here. With the Americans worried about hybrid orders being bumped to 2023 (rumour) and dealers not completing ROVP (some acronym for order process) by a Nov deadline- what applies to us?? I would love for anyone for Ford Canada insider info to...
  14. Rumor Mill: Post your "production stopped," "orders cancelled," "order moved to MY2023" rumors here

If they can give me a hybrid XL AWD green Maverick in 2023 I’ll let them do whatever they want to me šŸ˜‚ Very curious to see any actual evidence from dealers on this though, otherwise sounds like they messed up ordering.
  15. Hybrid production has been completely stopped for 2022 Mavericks, per my dealer

Lol 15 mins… dude I stayed on hold for 3.0 hours once then 3.5 hours a second time to get through to a Canadian airline just to make a tweak during a flight ticket order- welcome to the pandemic and companies slashing jobs. I have had really good luck and awesome service from ford (I’ve called...
  16. 16” rims wheels?

I would be somewhat surprised if the calipers/ rotors were different than the bronco sport, coming from the same assembly plant - so if that is confirmed we can just find out exact which brand of 16s work (as different rims have slightly different shapes to clear the calipers inside, aside from...
  17. Amazon Echo Car

Sorry I was thinking Amazon, just typed Google while thinking of the phone. I can’t think of any good reasons to have Amazon on and Bezos listening, ā€œoh, gotta order more X right now!ā€, but as someone outlined above it has some other purposes.
  18. Amazon Echo Car

Why wouldn’t you just use Alexa on your phone? (If you’re cool with Google listening to you constantly). This seems like a duplication of technology. (edit: I meant Amazon and Jeffrey Bezos, not Google)
  19. Maverick With Raceface T2 Bed Tailpad Carrying Mountain Bikes

Yes, no problem. You can’t alternate them, but the way the wheels and bars all tilt the same way they can be close together. I had 4 bikes in my Ridgeline the same pad with no issues and space to spare. The box width isn’t that different as the pad with is also this same S/M.
  20. Decked Bed Drawers

Agreed! I made a drawer set in my old Jeep Cherokee, but we get lots of rain here, so I was daydreaming of something more resistant like you say.
