Context is key. I responded to a post saying it's time to buy something that's not a Ford.
Do I really need to post a long list of issues the other manufacturers are having?
That's an excuse. I've dealt with that, some of my wife's co-workers looked down on me because I was a Tech. Didn't mean I did a 1/2 assed job. It's the person, if they're a 1/2 asser as a trades person, they'd be a 1/2 asser in any other field they went into.
Now, what might encourage the 1/2...
I love all the I don't do it right, but never had a problem so it must be good comments.
The only difference between you and the people that end up on Youtube is better luck so far.
I'll by that guy- good luck with anything you buy, it's not the Manufacturer or even the dealer- it boils down to the tech. There's good and bad everywhere.
There were techs I worked with that I wouldn't let near my kids bicycle and others I'd trust no questions asked.
To be through, instead of assuming, put a one of those temp/ humidity gauges on the back seat and verify. Here a six pack. Probably not highly accurate but should give an idea and you can put it all over the vehicle.
I'm one of the people that wishes I could buy a loaded vehicle with manual...
Simple- it was a great vehicle. Would have bought another one if they had modernized it instead of killing it.
Every other wagon out has a really sloped rear which cuts into the cargo area.
The boxy shape made it the perfect hauler.
Wow so you're the only person that's put 50k miles on a pair?
You may have a valid point, but anyone is going to take the few outliers with a grain of salt.
