Please post a video if you get a chance. I think I might have found the issue on my 2022, but can't yet confirm if I can fix it. There seems to be tapping of plastic directly behind the instrument cluster on the plastic ducts..
I believe the connector for the wireless charging pad is perpendicular to it on the bottom and that it's screwed into the center console.
See if you can pull a fuse.
The connector is proprietary and will not work with anything you buy in the aftermarket.
