Yeah, EVs make a lot of sense. No idea how expensive electricity is in BC, but down here in Washington it's relatively cheap.
And if you get a used EV, it's an even better deal.
Too expensive for the gas savings over the life of the vehicle. Same reason why they cancelled the Escape PHEV imo.
The numbers are different in Europe. They pay a lot more money for gas.
As mentioned, their new cheap EV is supposedly something between the Maverick and Ranger in terms of size.
The current Maverick platform won't support an EV setup and their plugin hybrid sold horribly on the Escape, which was on the same platform, so I highly doubt they launch a PHEV.
Water going into the cabin is likely the black plastic covering the air intake to the cabin filter. It's like 5 clips and removing the windshield wipers/cowl to fix it.
The Bluetooth issue - have you tried a hard reset? Others can chime in with the exact button combo for that.
X plan is more expensive than their invoice price.
Also, dealers don't pay for the discount. Ford does. The only thing the dealer misses out on is marking up the vehicle over MSRP.
The problem, if it's in the same place as mine, is it requires pulling the blue plastic to fix the rattle. There's no other good way to access that section because the top blue plastic is one piece, whereas on most of their older vehicles there was also a strip with clips on top that would allow...
