Who has a tablet 'permanently' plugged into their Maverick for Nav and tunes?
You can get a 7" Android tablet for $60 with wifi (no cell phone) so why not just leave it there. Then you've got an Android Auto moving map gps, there are a couple of options to download maps so you don't need cell...
Looks awesome, especially without the cap. Don't like how its higher than the cab. Also priced too high
But the rest of the truck looks awesome and we each need to set things up for our own use
I've noticed that newer cars have headlights that arefar far brighter than what used to be standard. The glare from other cars makes it really hard to see anything else. But that's not the question here.
So what is the safety issue for having a film over the headlight? There is likely a...
Have real numbers been published for these things? It would be great to know
numbers for total orders, number scheduled, number produced, number shipped.
We can't just assume that production rates would be constant each month. This is a brand new model, the initial production rates will be...
Actually, this video explains why we can't have nice things. Why GE & Apple aren't our friends, and maybe that lower case g..... company.
It's by a brilliant physics Phd who has many amazing educational vids
I've seen two threads, one had December production numbers and one had January. Is there a thread that
has all the production to date data together?
And how many actual Orders have there been? I've seen 100,000 thrown about, a very round number, but also
read that number was "reservations"...
The name "smartphone" is like a joke, but if they called it "makeUdumbPhone" or "insecurityPhone" they wouldn't have sold as many.
There is new "Right To Repair" legislation that will force companies to release the tech info and allow consumers the right to repair stuff. John Deer was just...
Wow! Well glad you got the joke. But on the serious side, maybe if they get you the truck that quick, you can join the anti-Socialism Truck Convoy up North?
Awesome, thanks for sharing, even if just a screenshot.
One thing to realize is that this is very sparse data. Many people will be out driving once they have their truck, it's the rest of us who spend our time on these sites.
What's most interesting might be time from order to scheduled...
What is that by the blue arrow? Looks like a rubber plug, but what is behind it and what option would go there? Is there any reason why you wouldn't remove it, or cover it with a custom rail?
Also curious about the similar thing at the red arrows.
The thing is, Big Tech can pull data because you "clicked on something" at some point. Anyone who doesn't understand the Apple/goo gle/Facebook/tweeter issues needs to watch SoutPark's "Human Centipad". It seems users didn't understand that when they clicked on the iTunes agreement, they were...
Thanks, that's helpful.
I'm looking for a solution that's only twice a season, and not high speed. So a wood support up front and a tow hitch bar at the back might do it for me. Though, there's always the temptation to make something more versatile.
Very helpful post, will be doing something similar. Thank you.
FYI, There are some sources of L-Track that don't have pre-drilled holes.
* How many holes are there on each side of the bed? There are 8mm & 6mm?
* Did you remove any fittings or were the bold holes all empty?
