It's great that people have the funds to evacuate but not everyone does. For Katrina my mother and I stayed in my sister's one bedrooms apartment in another part of the state for three weeks. For Ivan, empty nester friends had space for me, wife & two kids in Al for two weeks.
Don't total it until you try to start it. My Civic has had water to the seat rails more than once (New Orleans) it stunk and ran. Just needed time to clean carpets and let it dry out.

Good luck or get out! If the water or wind doesn't get to you or your property it's the w/o electricity for a week plus that's the issue.

Depends on where you live. Down here it's too hot and rainy. If you do get it condition the seal every year.
We have one on the sedan and I cut a sheet of foam to fit between the glass and headliner cover for the heat.

Most aftermarket, direct exchange are not good for distance. Most people exchange over to LEDs, face them and see the increase in brightness. If you face out you'll see their isn't an increase in distance illumination. I want to use my reverse lights for distance. All my marker and indicator are...
LED are great for indicator and trim lighting but is the incorrect wave length for distance. Not all but most.

You mean the front? Is it high pitched? I do plan on getting a hybrid. I've installed sound absorbing material in almost all cars we've owned.
