Absolutely, same thing mine was doing. Mine has been good but be prepared to leave it with the dealership for a while. Mine was gone for 5 weeks. Good luck.

I had my damper replaced. It was dragged out for quite some time. They removed the engine and transmission to get to it. Good luck.

Ignore all the people saying it’s nothing. You need your engine damper replaced. I had this as well as a terrible rattle while idling. They removed the engine and transmission and replaced the damper. Fixed that particular issue. Lots of hybrids have this issue. Some don’t care or notice I’m sure.

It won’t fix it. You need a new engine damper like I did and other hybrid owners.

Yes, still having some issues but overall the damper fixed it.
