That was an idea but it would require me to remove my bed cover every time I load my kayak. Right now it slides right under the cover.

How did you manage to successfully pass the buckles and Velcro flap through the gap in the seat? That piece of fabric blocks anything from going through and I feel the probability of damaging the web of wires and sensors is high.

Does you kayak lay flat on the bed all the way through or is there a slight lift at the end of them bed? I can’t tell from your photo.

Does your kayak sit flush on the bed all the way through? Mine is lifted because of the slight height difference.

Is your extender level with your bed? If your extender is too high like mine is do you have any issues?

Do you have an issue with your extender being a little too high over the bed or is yours more adjustable then mine?

Doesn’t matter, just throw a red flag on the back of it and go.

Another great idea but it might make the kayak too high to fit under my bed cover and I’m too lazy to take it in and off all the time. It barely fits under it now.

That’s a great idea, I’m just too lazy to take my bed cover on and off each time. If I raise my kayak it would hit the cover unfortunately.
