  1. Plug-N-Play USB Chargers for Flexbed (w/ photos)

I just restocked most of the different styles. If there's something you are interested in that's not stocked, just reach out to me directly.
  2. Interior switch for bed 12v wiring?

My current plan is running a tap to the 12v cigarette socket by the front center console. There's space behind the center dash (at least on '22-'24) to run wiring up to the center dash cubby (for XL and XLT trims). I was thinking for the Lariats and '25s, I'll make a switch box that sits on top...
  3. Stuck in park

    1. There's a module inside the eCVT (ISC module?), it was unsealed in the '22s and later sealed in '23. If that module goes bad, then the vehicle will experience a SHIFT SYS fault and be unable to get out of park. 2. The BCM-C wiring harness (C1002) is technically non-sealed, people have...
  4. Interior switch for bed 12v wiring?

@RebelYell I am working on a cubby box for switch mounting. It'll come with the necessary switches as well. @Hot Runr Guy I'm also working on a plug-n-play cigarette lighter tap to supply front aux power for things like fog lights or light bars. I was checking the wiring diagram and it's set...
  5. DIY Bed Tray for 12v Fridge + Power Station

One of the main things I wanted to do was recessed/sub-flush connectors. It's difficult to do with the cigarette sockets since they are the same size or just slightly larger than the actual cutout. XT60 should definitely be doable, I'll order some of the panel mounts and see what I can do.
  6. 12v charger not using the cubby

I'm catching up on my orders, so they should be going out today or tomorrow!
  7. 12v charger not using the cubby

If you're interested in the cord, you can buy one here. I added heat shrink on the quick-connect side to limit corrosion and heat shrink on the connector side to act as a strain relief for the wires. I wanted a better cosmetic and stronger setup, so I designed my own cigarette socket housing...
  8. Review: Air Lift 1000 Air Bag Spring Kit For Hybrid FWD

Let us know how it goes! It is a little deceptive because it mostly makes a difference at higher weights (400lbs+) so you might not notice a difference immediately. Unless you're doing some serious offroad... in which case I'd DEFINITELY be interested to hear what difference it made.
  9. Review: Air Lift 1000 Air Bag Spring Kit For Hybrid FWD

In my case, it saved about 2-3" of sag with 900lbs in the bed. The most notable effect was that my headlight wasn't beaming about 1.5' above where it should be, I also noticed improved handling in turns and bumpier sections of the road. The travel of the suspension was smoother and more...
  10. How To - Adding Aux Power Input for Flexbed (w/ Photos)

I'm charging a 350Wh power bank, so it's easy to charge on the go and move it around. If you do want to charge something like that, I would recommend putting in a dedicated line directly from the 12v battery. I believe someone else on the forums recorded the DC-DC converter can do 100-150A, so...
  11. Plug-N-Play USB Chargers for Flexbed (w/ photos)

I switched to the USB version after the most recent time we went camping for a few days and people needed to charge their headlamps. It was so much nicer to be able to just plug them in and leave them be. Now I just charge my portable work lights while I drive and I don't need to worry about the...
  12. I have a developer/beta version of ForScan that has the 2025!

The zeroes didn't work for me either (2022). It worked for all but a single seat, so I had to play with some of the other settings until I got it resolved.
  13. Plug-N-Play USB Chargers for Flexbed (w/ photos)

Based on feedback from the cigarette sockets, I now offer USB charger kits for the Flexbed. There are different styles depending on the form factor (rocker vs cigarette socket) and USB options (dual USB vs USB + PD). Regardless of the style, each kit comes with a 4in Flexbed connector and...
  14. Review: Air Lift 1000 Air Bag Spring Kit For Hybrid FWD

That's a good point. The force vectoring does throw some of it off, so 4"x10" is probably a safe bet.
  15. Review: Air Lift 1000 Air Bag Spring Kit For Hybrid FWD

Thanks for the bump, I wouldn't recommend the AWD kit since it is smaller. By the time it actually engages and provides notable support, the truck is already noticeably sagging. Based on what others have said on the forums, it seems like using the 8" bags to fill a 10" gap makes almost no...
  16. Seeking suggestions on how to fix broken passenger side mirror trim

I have the general design, I need to do the trial/error to match the OEM mounting and cosmetics.
  17. Seat covers on a heated seat.

This is mostly an issue for the rear seats (in other vehicles). The thermocouples are located too far away from the warmers, so the seats were able to melt. For normal seats (that are in use), something that allows ventilation is preferred. Anything that's insulated, uses foam, or some gels...
