The Eibach kit includes the instructions in the box, so the info about trimming is there, but I've seen enough "I can't find the bumpstops" posts and people needing to do it twice...
I had my Eibach springs installed 1 week ago, using the Eibach camber bolts. I printed out a little snippet from the forums with pics of the bump stop locations, just to make sure there was no confusion.
The installer said he had to align it 3x and that the oem camber bolts would have made...
I had mine tinted with Ceramic Pro IR 45% a week ago. Of course, I went in and said "color match as best as you can, within legal limits, which I think is 35%". She said, yes, it's 35%, but all recent automotive glass has an inherent loss (this is where she took me to the black labeling on each...
You are not crazy. Mine does this too sometimes. I don't use the auto-hold brake feature at all. Sometimes it just does it on it's own, typically when it rolls backwards just a tad or has some level of backward pressure on it, like stopping while angled up a hill... it's like the transmission...
For the past however many years they have existed, those Cross Climates (and improved CC2) have been called the the closest thing to the "perfect" tire available.
Welcome to my build page! As the title states, I have a 2023 Maverick Hybrid Lariat Lux Oxford White w/ BAP + CP360 Assist + Moonroof. The short version of the origin story is that I had been looking for a new vehicle for over a year, and eventually got around to investigating the Maverick and...
I feel your pain. I had to end up with a workaround as well:

Insurance company could use this to deny coverage under the right circumstances. If they are aware. Yes that's a stretch, but if the driver that hits you says they couldn't see you, they might look into it further. Regardless, it's still a valid statement.
I do like the look, but I don't like...
That transponder sticker can be moved also. We tore it off her previous jeep, leaving a bit of sticky and an exposed chip on the cardboard backing. It stuck to the new vehicle and works just fine.
From the outside looking in, it looks like she has a piece of trash stuck to the inside of her...
Per my forester example, inside* tint can most definitely cover cameras and sensors. Even on the maverick, if you had a diligent shadetree installer, they might remove the center cover and try to slide the tint up the inside of the glass... not sure if there is a gap there that it would fit in...
I don't think anyone had any confusion about inside vs outside.
The Ceramic Pro installers have the panels cut by machine using vehicle-specific patterns that are provided by Ceramic pro. In the case of the maverick, it is split into a left and right side, with the center portion (sensors and...
My USB doesn't get read immediately and often it reverted to XM radio, which was an annoyance. I just got in the habit of turning the head unit off with the power button before shutting down. When I get back in, by the time I'm strapped in with nav running, I'm ready to go and hit the power on...
Truck is literally at the tint shop now getting Ceramic Pro brand put on the front 2 + visor. I asked and they brought me over to the marketing sign on the wall that specifically said Zero interference.
It will probably be quite some time before I have a chance to make a conclusion here, but I...
