Long McArthur Ford did get my 23 conversion order in and already received a confirmation email from HQ Ford stating mine should be an early build. Nothing about Vincent price offer yet but understand that will be databased in the system. Feel better now and LM (Tim Bartz) Ford came through 👍...
Apparently Ford wants dealers to prioritize (priority 10) carry over orders, and position new 23 orders as priority 15. But compliance is up to the dealer, not enforced.
Which means a greasy palm may get an early scheduling over long awaited orders. Hope not but a matter of concern for sure...
My Oct 07 2021 Hybrid apparently just missed the deadline ( although newer orders jumped me ). No offer yet to offset the 23 price increase. Concerned!
I simplified my Oct 07 XL Hybrid order, as suggested by my dealer, to get an expedited build. Still no scheduling date and got passed up by later order dates. Go figure.

Tim Bartz received info 23 Maverick is now pushed back to September day unknown. Details later on the 5:00 News. As per YouTube announcement Thursday . Just saying but nothing seems official as yet.
I change my 1st oil service at 3k miles. Get out any gasoline blowby and metallic particles then go 5k or 1 year on full synthetic oil. Wish the algorithm allowed ICE warmup at startup to avoid shock to a cold, uncirculated engine.
Saw a YouTube that showed how to access tachometer for the Hybrid. Engine limiter is 5400 rpm which at 35mph per 1000 rpm would be a theoretical top speed around 175mph. But we all know that is not happening. Engine swings up to 5400 rpm, stays there as speed increases. Sort of like a Vespa...
