I have a good quality battery extender but don't know where to plug it into under the hood, or why i wouldn't just connect it to the battery under the seat. If this could be explained it would be appreciated
thank you
Personally I think factory paint retains value, and I plan to fully keep that paint in excellent condition by putting tons of clear 3m sticker on the bed before bedliner install, and uninstalling after I sell the car in a few years.
I plan to do my modular bedliner and if you don't like that...
I went to the Ford website they have a sale for 15% off. I am getting $391 shipped to my local dealership tax included. 0
Price: $435 minus $65.35 plus tax
Does anyone know of a currently lower price for one in stock?
how hard can it be to undo 10 or so bolts? did it last weekend without even jacking up the car, just drove two wheels onto my sidewalk. $300 buys me 6 oil changes worth of synthetic and filters. thanks but no thanks
that is a genius idea in lieu of the drawer system, and it got me to think you should consider cutting the wood just an inch before (towards the tailgate side) of the first bolt and adding hinges that allows the wood to 'flip' backward (towards the cab) to get some extra space for tall items
that looks good, and unlike the leer, doesn't drastically change the shape of the truck
what did that model end up costing you out the door including paint-matching?
the U-shaped body colored part that goes up into the headlights, and the vertical slatted grille really kill the look of the car.
I see that they are trying to make the headlights look more f-150, but the entire look and feel of the truck is ruined by this U-shape body panel. The look could...
Do you actually believe Mavericks are built well enough to last 20 years? Or that you will own your Maverick for 20 years? Or that 20 years from now, you will want to be playing the oiling game?
If you enjoy spending your time in a garage sink expelling dust from the inside out of a K&N filter only to then oil it and hope not to over oil it and then install it for no noticeable performance increase but potential harm to your engine, go for it.
Since I've been there and done that for a...
I have been using both Mann and Wix filters for all my Mercedes' for two decades and have no problem with Wix so long as someone has disassembled them and verified that the internal media is legit.
I am looking at the Mann cross reference guide and do not see w 7015 as compatible on the PDF file. I wasn't able to find either w 7057 or H6BG-6714-BA on the cross reference or part number search website: https://catalog.mann-filter.com/NA/eng/oenumbersmulti
Having not read the entire thread..
I have a 2023 Hybrid XLT. I received two letters from Ford to complete NHTSA recalls 24v140 (24c01) and 23v848 (23c41).
If you were me, would you go in to have these recalls addressed at this time, or hold off?
