Tremor is more off road oriented imo but to each their own. Any trim in with FX4 + 4k would be the more well rounded, the trim you choose (XL, XLT, Lariat) would be what creature comforts you want. Personally I went with the same "Swiss Army Knife" in mind. Also, non FX4 is also a good all...

I just love the pure versatility of this little truck, might not be the best at anything but it can do most with a passing grade. Wish it was rated at 5k towing for piece of mind, I won't be towing over 4k often, but I do plan on it at least twice.
