MY25 @1900 miles reads 26.7 MPG. Before hitting 1k she was @28.2 MPG. Since then her lease is over and she moved to Sport Mode county. Normal feels like eating noodles with a spoon.
I've never traded in a vehicle or looked at it as "replacing" always more likely an addition. The glass isn't half full or half empty, it just has water in it. Or whatever is in it🍻
Yes, I hope everyone gets what they want. I just dont get the baseless opinions like "buttons on my 24 is safer than 25's touch screen" show us proof that accidentally pressing the wrong thing on a 24 or 25 causes the car to create an accident, worst case scenario is instead of adjusting the fan...
You listed a bunch of things you don't need or dont want, and thats totally fine. If I could cut cost by removing what I don't need or don't want I'd either do that or get something else vs what I have. But the main point is it's not a safety hazard until you use it unsafely. Im not directing...
Its a never ending battle here lol but im with you on this. nobody is winning or losing but for the love of arguing...:devilish:
More parts = more chances for something to fail, y'all already have a buggy sync 3 and now you have to worry about knobs and buttons breaking. Also MY25 screen is big...
I HAVE NOW!!! THANKS!!!!!!!!
I love the idea but still not enough for me to attempt, the shifter isn't tall enough and i dont want to go through the trouble of relocating the parking brake. Also the OP of that thread wasn't sharing a lot of details of the functionality I seen people asking...
There's a lot of parasitic draw on the 12v even while the Mav is off. I noticed it makes a lot of noises while I wash it or I just sit in it during lunch break. I've even tried leaving my keys in my room (about 50yds away) and it is still does the same thing.
But yeah i understand people will...
I had a stupidly intrusive thought like a week ago and I'll probably regret sharing, but im a glutton for embarrassment.
I was thinking about mounting a fake shifter onto the drive selector. Sure i wouldn't be able to row gears and it would still have to spin, but I'm just so used to driving a...
Its that routine as you walk away from your car and take a look at it, maybe a few times, until its out of sight...I would just walk away from a santa cruz, and only really look at it before I get in...its easier to say its ugly but you get the point.
Does your mav still initiate auto stop/start? May have low voltage battery. It saves enough juice to start the truck but it will turn off some features/accessories.
It's a lottery, some win and some lose. Do you drive it often or does it sit a lot of the time? I only stated it as a consideration since OP will be retiring in a few years, and based on people I know that have retired don't drive daily like people that drive to work. But congratulations on the...
4x4, body on frame, optional manual, optional 2.7, more bed space, and probably a few things that im missing. Might not be a better truck for everyone but it definitely has a lot more than just tow ratings
