Update. Just today on the Ford tracking page, I saw a date next to In Production that said May 30th. This came a little over 3 weeks since my status changed to In Production. A truck with an official in production date usually gets built within 5 days.

Same as me. Ford Customer Service has my email, I've double checked with them at least 5 times, but, they tell me that since I've never got any emails from them, that they they think the email getting used is my dealerships email, and they can't change it...only my dealership can. I don't know...
