  1. No Scheduling This Week – March 3, 2023. [Current Constraints: Trailer Tow Hitch, Splash Guards & Trifold Bed Cover, Load Box Bed Liner]

It’s the cost of inventory itself that pushed JIT inventory systems, not necessarily warehouse space. It’s called working capital. Money tied up in inventory generates no return and lowers ROA. It’s true that it’s flaw is susceptibility to supply chain snags though.
  2. No Scheduling This Week - Feb 23, 2023

Strange that there are so many in the philly area available and they wouldn't be distributed to the Nashville area.
  3. No Scheduling This Week - Feb 23, 2023

My local dealer has some 60+ Tacoma's on the lot. Not sure if they are moving as well as they like. Rav4's hybrids are being sold as fast they can build them. Plenty of ICE RAV4s on the lot though.
  4. No Scheduling This Week - Feb 23, 2023

yeah, it wouldn't be any sooner than that... Toyota has solved most of their supply constraints, they build the rav4 hybrid with either lithium or NiMH to avoid battery constraints, however manufacturing is still behind so it still took a few months and it only came with one key fob lol. the...
  5. 🗓️ Maverick Scheduling on 2/16/23 for Production Week 4/17 (+ Current Constraints List)

Spoke with my dealer and he was very annoyed of all the fleet orders taking up capacity for mavericks and escapes. He said that ford drops everything to build them.
  6. 🗓️ Maverick Scheduling on 2/16/23 for Production Week 4/17 (+ Current Constraints List)

Such an odd thing for them to say. Especially since it’s in their best interest to change the drivetrain to get the vehicle built. Frankly, i have no idea why ford even takes retail orders. I don’t see them gaining anything from it and clearly they can’t build what’s ordered anyway.
  7. 🗓️ Maverick Scheduling on 2/16/23 for Production Week 4/17 (+ Current Constraints List)

At some point they will have to deviate from the allocation plan, otherwise there will be ecoboosts and hybrids unbuilt.
  8. 🗓️ Maverick Scheduling on 2/16/23 for Production Week 4/17 (+ Current Constraints List)

Isn’t cleanup scheduling where they try to balance some capacity against dealers without allocations?
  9. 🗓️ Maverick Scheduling on 2/16/23 for Production Week 4/17 (+ Current Constraints List)

My dealer called me again about switching to ecoboost. I feel like they are getting desperate/panicking.
  10. 🗓️ Maverick Scheduling on 2/9/23 For Production Weeks 3/20-4/17 (+ Current Constraints List)

I just had a thought that my build may actually have been previewing this week and they called to gauge interest in possibly backing out before i found out. Wouldn't that be a hoot. It was 19 when i ordered but they didnt have any rollovers.
  11. 🗓️ Maverick Scheduling on 2/9/23 For Production Weeks 3/20-4/17 (+ Current Constraints List)

My dealer called me today, for what reason I am not entirely sure, he said that they have not had any hybrid's scheduled and around half a dozen EB's scheduled so far for 2023. Sounded like he just wanted to know if i was still interested or if i wanted my $500 back. Could have been a ~5 month...
  12. 🗓️ Maverick Scheduling on 2/9/23 For Production Weeks 3/20-4/17 (+ Current Constraints List)

They likely have a fiscal month time frame that they go by. I have found it to be pretty common in industry.
  13. Progression of Order Status?

Actually they have primes on the lot now. We were offered one at msrp. If you are looking for something specific options wise, that could take a long time.
  14. 📬 2/2/23 Scheduling Email Received Group [EMAILS NOW ARRIVING]

You’re saying their current estimated allocations for this year don’t even touch the new MY23 orders?? That’s crazy.
  15. 🔺 2023 Maverick MSRP Price Increases $400 and Destination and Delivery Increases $100 [effective 2/1/23]

I think it is useful information to try to educate people with. One thing I would add, in the absence of your dealer telling you what their allocations are, checking carsdotcom or another similar site to see which of your local dealers are receiving mavericks is possibly a useful option to...
