  1. What happened to the order date/build date graph?

That could be. I tried searching of course but I came up with zip. Probably need a better search string, but I got lazy and created this post.
  2. What happened to the order date/build date graph?

I remember a post with a graph of estimated build dates based on the order date and the number of trucks already built. With the latest development, I was hoping to find the updated graph if the OP is still maintaining it.
  3. Ford Aeroskin Deflector vs Aftermarket

https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/forum/threads/anyone-have-had-this-hood-issue.11724/ Search the forums, this is one of several posts about hood shake.
  4. Custom fabricated cover / filler panel for left rear underbody opening

If I were to get an aftermarket SIBL, when my truck finally gets built, would I want to have the cubby installed first? I love the engineering involved with the fabricated shield but the cubby would be the easy fix it seems.
  5. Hello Maine Maverick Owners

I have my order with Darlings in Bangor, still looking forward to seeing their front plate in my garage 😉
  6. Hello Maine Maverick Owners

Out of town too. And no Maverick in the garage either. Did see one in the wild in Saint Pete, black XLT Hybrid w/sibl. Edit: it had a trailer hitch too.
  7. Mud / salt / debris trap

Maine is much the same. I am hoping my Hybrid XLT is built and delivered before salt season starts later this year. I'll need the time to do my own prep for winter.
  8. Ford sends out (blanket spam) email -- "An Important Update About Your Order"

Yep. Arrived 11:06pm ET. XLT Hybrid, CP 360, no other options.
  9. How many Mavericks have you seen?

2 at my dealership in December. My salesman called me on a Friday, said to come by soon if I wanted to see one. The white XL ECO was prepped, got to sit in it and look under the hood. We then walked to the back of the lot where the VB XLT was parked, filthy from delivery. Two days later I...
  10. Took maybe 15 minutes. Excellent fit! Lund Aeroskin Smoke Hood Protector

Since you had a question mark at the end of your post, I thought I should answer. Do your best to protect your painted surfaces, I don't have any suggestions for you there. However, when you do start sanding/filing, use a light touch and take your time. Best of luck, you can do it.
  11. Took maybe 15 minutes. Excellent fit! Lund Aeroskin Smoke Hood Protector

Maybe someone will come up with a wrap for either style that incorporates an unobtrusive MAVERICK in reverse, kind of like the ambulances have.
  12. Took maybe 15 minutes. Excellent fit! Lund Aeroskin Smoke Hood Protector

Did you install it yourself? It looks awesome on your truck. I bought one for my yet-to-be-built VB XLT Hybrid from Ford Parts, before the beginning of the year. I took mine out of the plastic and began cleaning up that sharp molded edge after reading about people cutting their fingers while...
  13. Took maybe 15 minutes. Excellent fit! Lund Aeroskin Smoke Hood Protector

How about breaking that sharp edge with a fine file or sandpaper? Before installing of course.
  14. Radio firmware update!

Perhaps my radio will have already been updated to the latest firmware by the time they get around to building my truck, but I'll be sure to track down the page you referenced.
  15. Radio firmware update!

Is there no option to update with a thumb drive? My Sonata could be, using a compressed file from the MyHyundai website.
  16. Bogus retail window stickers?

Thanks for the clarification. 👍 So, W8E9 is a FWD Ecoboost and W8E3 is the FWD Hybrid.
  17. Bogus retail window stickers?

Done. It confirms it's an Ecoboost, but my question is about the W8E and W8F designator in the VIN. How can a unique code have more than one meaning?
  18. Bogus retail window stickers?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but when a Maverick window sticker contains W8E, it's a hybrid, and W8F, it's an EB -- no exceptions, right? I ask this because I was searching the Ford Maverick inventory in the Naples FL area where I found an XLT in Alto Blue with a W8E VIN on the window sticker and...
  19. [Dealer Memo] Not all 2022 Mavericks will be built. Update on Maverick Retail Order Scheduling, Customer Options and Order Amendment

I am waited for a call from my salesman but it never came. After a medical appointment today, I stopped by the dealership to see if there was any good news to be had. My salesman looked at my order in his computer, said he saw a VIN, and went to the guys who can access the Ford order system...
