Agreed. I had a Prius v (the large wagon version) before this. Never drove it this fast for this long though. Just didn't have the power and the handling was poor. Best tank for that one was 47 mpg driving as SLOW as possible the entire tank (didn't last long) and worst was 26 mpg just flooring...
I use Waze which luckily did a great job calling out the police. That said they all (about 10 over 8 hours) already had someone pulled over each time I passed one.
The truck handles just fine at those speeds BUT you can see that the engine is working hard against the wind. The power meter was...
Drove back from FL to GA last night. Stayed between 80 and 95mph.
280 miles in 3.5hrs is 80mph AVERAGE. Cruise was set to 84mph for at least an hour of this.
Pump says 12.714 gallons went in so manual calculation is 22.1 mpg versus the computer’s 23.8 mpg. Either could be off so just assume...
The Maverick can do 60mph+ in pure electric mode while the 2014 Prius v I used to own couldn't go past 44 mph without the engine turning on even if going downhill. I'll take this as a win.
I ask this because I owned an XL Ecoboost FWD Mav for 8k miles. The last 7k miles were on 18" Bronco Sport wheels and Primacy Tires. Well I got my Lariat Lux Hybrid a couple weeks ago and I am certain it rides smoother and more planted. It also has 18" wheels and Primacy tires. One difference is...
That looks great. I only want a deflector with a bump so it can protect my windshield but I dislike the textured surface.
Did you wrap the deflector yourself?
2014 Prius v Wagon
Then I had an XL Ecoboost Mav for 10 months while I waited on my Larait Lux Hybrid to show up.
I’m very happy to have a hybrid again.
I can’t stand scumbag dealers.
Just got mine on Friday after waiting 480 days.
$2750 private offer, A Plan pricing, zero BS add ons. MSRP was $34,125 and I paid $31.2k OTD.
Oh yeah, they did put wheel locks on it but I didn’t pay for them.
