My mom had borrowed my truck and have driven about 70 miles 95% highway and likely around 75-80 mph and it then went into limp mode. She was able to get it off the highway and in gas station parking lot where I then meet her 2 hours later. The day before I had done an 80 mile round trip about...
When my truck first failed it was over 70 miles from home. After sitting for 2 hours I was able to drive it 40 miles just fine on the highway with the engine light on. I had it shut off a pitstop for about 5 minutes then drove another 30 miles home still with the engine line on. This was all on...
Welp. Truck cleared itself this morning when I was driving back from daycare. Also shows no issues in Ford Pass now. I'll still scan it once the reader arrives.

Ha. I still have my OEM bulbs in a...
Fucking hell. Just had my 10k service done and now I have the same problem with my Lasfit bulbs. I knew I should have just done the oil change myself. Plus I have to go back to the dealer because they didn’t rotate my tires. I’m holding the survey over the guys head so it better not take forever...
This is getting ridiculous. You can’t make any of those conclusions without some unknown factors like the momentum of the vehicle that caused the initial collision.
You all blaming the dealership are silly. That’s like blaming your friend for getting rear ended when they borrowed your vehicle. You legally could not go after your friend and the same goes for the dealer in this situation. You go after the person that caused the wreck.
It is a car with a bed though. If I wanted to feel like I was driving a real truck I would not have bought my Maverick. Luckily my Mav rides just like a car with a couple extra inches of ground clearance.
