    They wouldn't need as many if they gave us a place to check status without interacting with an individual. Think about it as if it were your company, would you want to pay someone to answer calls all day or pay someone to tighten the bolts to get the product out faster?

    Doesn't matter. They sent it to me, I signed it and sent it back, they accepted it and order the vehicle. Simple as that. We have an agreement, they order the truck at that price and I pay for it when it comes in. That's the agreement. And they attach your picture ID to it. They can't...

    I've read through all the posts and this is the first one that mentions this. Don't just let this go or they will continue to do it to others. At a minimum I would be calling Ford.

    I think the $750 rebate is if you are a current, purchased from Ford, owner. Never hurts to ask about it though.

    Sirius is great if you go out of your area often, and we do. We would be constantly having to find a station if not for Sirius. And I do like the better stereo's, not for the LOUD music but just because it sounds better instead of like out of a can. To each their own.
