tried Mothers clay bars and solution in bottle yesterday no help. might sand it down with 3000 wet paper maybe 2000 and then polish it. What a pain. I have friend who has some limited experience maybe go in that direction. Only a bright sunny day you don't see the marks but at different angle...

Thank you for the info. I have removed tar and sap before and removed with baby oil. but this is more resistant. I tried compound/was turtle. No good. Didn't know as you stated that compounds came in different grades #2 etc. thanks. Hate to not be able to get it off. Its a 23 year maverick...
