Went fo Ford dealer today. Tech said believes Sap is it. He tried a rotary pad soft and some cream without results. Another tech his supervisor, I guess said Sap. First guy said come back Monday and I will try something else free of charge on a spot. What a nice man.

Just checked 2 spots similar size, circular and whitish in color. Back by the antenna.

When at dealer 2 wks ago battery. They washed the truck for me and about 4 days after I washed it myself and that is when i noticed the spots.
What is unfortunate is I don't have the money for a respray.

Possibly but not sure: Maybe i used Windex on windows and wind blew drops of the Windex on paint. Who knows?
tried Mothers clay bars and solution in bottle yesterday no help.
might sand it down with 3000 wet paper maybe 2000 and then polish it. What a pain.
I have friend who has some limited experience maybe go in that direction.

Thank you for the info. I have removed tar and sap before and removed with baby oil. but this is more resistant. I tried compound/was turtle. No good.
Didn't know as you stated that compounds came in different grades #2 etc. thanks.
