I had them on my Explorer ST for 5 years and they were fine even after plenty of visits to the tire shops because the ST ate tires quick (tuned.) I'd hit the edges with a sharpie from time to time, but they never rusted or looked anything but black. Easily justifiable if you want a quality...
Gorilla is the way to go, but you can get the cheap lugs on amazon/ebay and touch them up with a pain pen. Gorilla is going to be 2x the price of the cheap ones though.
