This is not even close to being accurate on availability. Had one dealer tell me he wishes Ford would not put these on here because they are all sold orders or dealer sold before they arrive.
At least thatās what Ford says. They canāt really explain why someone who ordered in Oct. has his Maverick and the guy that ordered the July before him is still waiting for a build date. Fords order and delivery system is not the most dependable or predictable.
I just got a call this morning from a dealership right outside of Dallas. They recently put up 3 hybrids for sale which I called about but as you showed in your video they did not have any for sale. The salesman that called me back was very nice and apologetic saying he hated what they were...
You are so right but people keep paying it as fast as they can find one. Itās just not worth it to me. At the end of the day itās just a little truck. I can wait till prices ( and production) return to normal which will happen one day. Plus, there will be some great competition coming soon Iām sure.
There are so many variables in that question from altitude changes, temperature, type of fuel, tire pressure, wind conditions. To get a close figure you will have to try it with your vehicle over that route.
Itās going to be tough the way these dealers are doing things now. They (not all)donāt give a ____ about prior agreements or what was said and done when you ordered. Most are doing whatever it takes to get the most they can right now.
