This is one of Fords issues with their website. When you look for available Mavericks from local dealers this kind of stuff comes up and they are either already promised to customers who ordered or available at a significant mark up. Ford has so many issues that could be rectified easily but...

It’s in car dealers and car manufacturers blood to lie. They just can’t help it. There are 1-2 honest ones that slip through but as we have seen that is rare.

What’s bad is Ford allows their dealers to do these things. And we know other brands do the same but this Maverick has turned to many Ford dealers into sleazy crooks. Ok, that may describe most car salesman but Ford needs to step in and do some damage control. They are failing badly.

I don’t know. It’s an easy vehicle to market, kind of its own niche right now but there are a lot of pissed off people on this forum getting crapped on by unscrupulous dealers. A lot of people are deciding it may not be worth the ass whoopin to get one.

If you pay it you will be unhappy the whole time you own this truck. When selling time comes your Screwed. Not going to get your money back in a couple of years. Definitely recommend another dealer. Yes, he will sell it but let someone else get screwed that wants too.

Not sure why you guys are gripping about having to wait 8 months to a year or so for your Maverick. I’ve had this thing ordered for years. Something about an assembly line issue and chips. Had to delete the kerosene headlights to get the build going.

Parts should be easy to get. They can just strip them off all the Mavericks sitting on lots and in fields waiting to be delivered.
