For $16 you can get a spray bottle of Turtle Wax Ceramic which will take about 30 minutes to apply. There are no tricks to putting it on - spray a small area and then wipe it off. My car before the Maverick was a Jaguar F-Type which had a pro coating applied at a cost of about $2500 (including...
Same experience with the finance guy I had at Sheehy Ford in Springfield, VA. He almost tanked the deal with his nonsense. Ended up having to call back to get some ridiculous lifetime service plan removed from the loan.
What's the point of the window visors anyway? Just so you can smoke cigarettes while it's raining? I legitimately don't understand the purpose in this day and age when the AC works as well as it does?
Yeah that must be it. Both are pretty terrible, to my eye. The long screen looks awful and really cheap and the rest of the dash just looks tacked on. There is zero effort around the HVAC controls, for instance. It hardly matters what the inside looks like since I wouldn't own one. It's far...
It is an incredibly ugly design that isn't going to get better by adding more details and creases. The utility looks great, I am sure the build quality is better than Ford, but the interior looks far cheaper than I remember? It looks almost... Ford like. Still not interested.
Car and Driver made me say that.
"The suspension setup is unique to the Lobo. It drops the truck 0.5 inch up front and 1.1 inch at the rear, bringing the roof down 0.8 inch. The top mounts are borrowed from the Mustang Mach-E, and the monotube rear dampers come from the Maverick Tremor, though...
I think the Lobo runs the Tremor rear shock with different valving. I can't imagine it will be expensive to upgrade. I would think the biggest improvement in handling would be to add a bigger rear sway bar.
What is the benefit to the tall bed racks vs roof mounted cargo racks? Seems like roof mounted would be the easiest and cheapest and results in far less overhang?
