Questions isn't what will stick but what will the stuff do to the plastics in your car when you remove it. I've used the 3M VHB tape but it all depends. Some adhesive if you leave it on the plastic long enough with enough heat you might never be able to get the residue off.

Have to ask, in a previous car (200SX SE-R) I got the Injen cold air intake with the filter in the wheel well. I found myself driving differently (more WOT) because i just likef hearing the noise the car would make versus with the stock intake. Not sure if there is a way to account for that...

Having seen videos online of police pulling people over and looking under the hood to give tickets/impound modded cars, I suspect that cops will look at a Maverick and probably not even think twice about asking the owner to pop the hood. I suspect the smog check is the only time they are looking.

It's that fibermat sheets that aren't really geared towards under a headliner (seems like there would be waste).
