I bought an intake because it makes the turbo louder. Works great! Performance intakes for vehicles made in the past 20 years have always been for show/noise.

I don't mean for actual towing. It just looks like it's a lot more fun to drive with grunt everywhere. The performance curve actually has less power than stock until half way up the tachometer.

That "Tow" curve is awesome! Personally I would be less excited about the "performance" one but each to their own.

^ also make sure you are using an up-to-date version of Forscan. There was a build late last year that could not write to the ABS module and I had to send my logs in for them to fix it.
