So in my case- I upgraded to 245-65-17s along with the 1.5 inch lift- Assuming the taller tires help the angle a bit just not sure how much.

It's been documented quite a few times here that the supplied OEM half shafts are not a good match for the Maverick platform, I would totally be into purchasing upgraded units if they ever become available -
