Change engine oil, RDU and PTU as often as gives you peace-of-mind.
The first fluid changes at the mileages you state above will give you an idea if you need to shorten the intervals or can spread them out, depending on how you use your vehicle.

Shim/bucket drive trains have been around a long while. Had it on a '98 Tacoma 3.4L engine. That was a quiet engine and easy to check and correct clearances. The main cause of wear is oil change interval not adjusted for the way you use the vehicle.

I'm in the Pacific Northwest, and do mostly short trips of 20 miles or less in town with rare highway driving, so in my particular use case, because the intermittent operation of the engine often does not get it to high enough operating temperature for long enough to "boil off" crankcase...
Check that your wheel weights, if they're on the inner surface of the wheel, are not loose or double-stacked and hitting on any brake component or dust shield.
It happens. Easy check.

Ford oil spec for the 2.5L hybrid engine, WSS-M2C962-A1, is specific to 0W-20 oil.
You will only find 0W-20 oil that meets this Ford specification.

1994 and 2024 both use the letter R for year code in the VIN. See https://www.faxvin.com/vin-check/year-chart
That could be the reason your OBDII reader is confused. Might be time for an upgrade.
