Yes I installed them. Doable with basic tools
  2. Fog lights installed!

Lights https://www.diodedynamics.com/stage-series-3-sae-dot-white-sport-led-pod-pair.html mounts https://www.etsy.com/listing/1219059695/ Install was more difficult than I expected. On the passenger side you can remove the inner fender well and access the back of the lights to mount and adjust...
  3. Fog lights installed!

The switches are currently hanging under the steering column, haven’t decided where to mount them yet. The supplied wiring harnesses weren’t long enough so I need to extend them once I decide where to mount the switches. I’ll update once I get them mounted
  4. Fog lights installed!

Saw a few threads on here inquiring about fog lights so I thought I’d share mine. I installed diode dynamics fog lights and driving lights this past weekend using jjc mounts. The lights are ss3 sport SAE approved fog lights and driving lights. I opted to not remove the entire cutout on the...

  6. CARBONIZED GRAY Maverick Photos Thread

Yes, just for removing the stock springs on the front. Check the comments on my original post I give a more detailed description of installation. It’s not too difficult.
  7. Fog lights for Maverick ?

I’m considering this too, and while I don’t like the idea of drilling holes in my interior I’m not crazy about the idea of having a remote control for the lights either. Battery dies and you can’t turn your lights on
  8. H&R Super Sport Lowering Springs installed on Maverick XL Ecoboost AWD -- photos

Yes. I haven’t measured or anything, but it looks a little lower now that I’ve driven it a few days. I’ll post some updated pics this weekend.
  9. Fog lights for Maverick ?

Gotcha, the little red light on the switch doesn’t light up? I’m assuming you have the dd wiring harness they sell with the lights
  10. Fog lights for Maverick ?

Looks great! I’m installing diode dynamics fogs as well, although I got sports instead of the pro’s. Where did you put the switch?
  11. H&R Super Sport Lowering Springs installed on Maverick XL Ecoboost AWD -- photos

Right on! Mine was expected mid December too, and it showed up mid November which was a nice surprise.
  12. H&R Super Sport Lowering Springs installed on Maverick XL Ecoboost AWD -- photos

@SLAMOLOGIST truck looks rad. Looks like those escape springs sit a bit lower too although mine have settled a bit since I took the pics. Def post yours when you get it!
  13. H&R Super Sport Lowering Springs installed on Maverick XL Ecoboost AWD -- photos

The kit says 2.2 front 3 rear. I’ll measure it this weekend and see how much it actually dropped
  14. H&R Super Sport Lowering Springs installed on Maverick XL Ecoboost AWD -- photos

Right on, didn’t know these have the same bolt pattern as Vic’s. Those are chrome right?
  15. H&R Super Sport Lowering Springs installed on Maverick XL Ecoboost AWD -- photos

Agreed, I think the H&R’s or the eibach’s will be excellent, still very driveable but just low enough to get rid of the huge wheel gap.
  16. H&R Super Sport Lowering Springs installed on Maverick XL Ecoboost AWD -- photos

the center caps are the stock ones that come on the steel wheels. I just left them silver. Front is just your basic strut, used spring compressors to get the stock springs off, don’t need them when installing the H&r springs. H&r tells you to cut 20mm off the top of the bump stop, but the top of...
  17. H&R Super Sport Lowering Springs installed on Maverick XL Ecoboost AWD -- photos

Thanks! Wasn’t sure how long I’d leave the steelies on but I’m diggin them for now
  18. CARBONIZED GRAY Maverick Photos Thread

Just installed H&R super sport lowering springs on my Maverick XL Ecoboost AWD. Install was fairly simple. As of this post I’ve only driven about 10 miles with the springs so they may settle a bit more. The ride is noticeably stiffer, but it’s not uncomfortable. There is visible camber on...
